"Erick Somarriba who works in the office of Kevin Ha gave me great impression of their high quality service!
I had confusion with my situation on my lease car crossing the State lines, and I thought I was in trouble as it was already on Friday late PM, but Erick immediately jumped in and used his good hands to solve all the issues and just in 30 minutes, I was able to get my car from a different state insured. Great service, good personality. I would recommend Erick to anyone!

"I highly recommend Kevin Ha and his team at State Farm.
Because English is not my first language, it can sometimes be difficult for me to explain exactly what I need. I contacted several insurance companies before, but some were too expensive and others did not offer the service or coverage I was looking for.
What I appreciate most about Kevin’s office is that every time I contact them with a question or problem, they actually help me solve it.
Kevin has always been patient and helpful, and I would also especially like to thank Onika Glen for her excellent service and for making everything so easy for me.

"With so many organizations/companies opting to use automated services nowadays, it is a luxury to have an actual human answer the phone and actually HELP you. Well, this has been my experience with Erick Somarriba at State Farm (our local agent). Erick, from the very beginning, took my call and was very courteous, professional and, most of all, extremely helpful. He stayed on top of my issue, kept me in the loop at all times (via email and phone) and followed through to the very end. His customer service skills are superb and very reliable.
